Working out while sick is Okay

I was reading this article on line and I thought it was interesting because I know when I’m sick I don’t feel like doing nothing especially exercising. The article states that if your sick above the neck you can work out and it may help open your nasal pathway but anything below the neck you should not work out. It also states that it really helps to feed your body while you are sick even if you don’t feel like eating because it could help you get stronger.
